Gently whip your post-partum body back into shape while you bond with your new baby. Traditional Pilates exercises, which target the abdominals, hips, buttocks, low-back, and triceps are effective in safely rehabilitating those areas most affected by pregnancy. Modified routines are available for women who have had c-sections.
Prenatal Pilates Class: (adults)
Looking for a way to exercise during your pregnancy? Our instructor will safely and effectively target pregnancy related issues such as lower back pain, aches, and fatigue. Class will focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles which are essential during labor. A note or clearance from your doctor is mandatory to participate in this class.
